About the service
FindMyFlat is operated by JDI Technologies. It brings together housing posts from supported external sources and website users to help you discover flats, rooms, and flatmate leads. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
FindMyFlat does not own the listed properties or act as a party to a rental arrangement made between users or external posters.
Your account and use of the website
Provide accurate information when creating an account and protect your login credentials and one-time passwords. Use the website lawfully and treat other users respectfully.
Do not impersonate another person, publish fraudulent or misleading information, harass users, send spam, upload harmful files, or attempt to access another user’s account or private data.
Posts and uploaded content
Only submit content that you have permission to share. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your requirements, descriptions, media, and contact information. By submitting content, you allow FindMyFlat to store and display it as needed to provide the service.
We may remove content or restrict access when it is misleading, abusive, unlawful, or interferes with the service. Contact us to report a post or request a correction.
Check a lead before acting
External and user-submitted posts may be incomplete, duplicated, inaccurate, or no longer available. Appearance in search results is not a guarantee of a property, poster, price, or successful rental.
Confirm the poster’s identity, property details, availability, rent, deposit, and agreement terms independently. Review the property and the arrangement before paying or sharing sensitive documents. Your dealings with posters, owners, brokers, and other users are your responsibility.
External links and planned features
Links to social communities and other websites lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Features marked “Coming soon” or shown on the roadmap are planned and may change; they are not currently available unless the website explicitly states otherwise.
